Q: What is Nu Money Trading Company's return policy?

A: At Nu Money Trading Company, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges and/or store credit for any damaged items.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: At Nu Money Trading Company, we use USPS First Class Mail to deliver packages to our clients, which according to the United States Post Office takes anywhere from 2-5 business days from the shipping date.

Q: How quickly are orders processed?

A: At Nu Money Trading Company, we pride ourselves in a speedy service. We want you to receive you item just as quickly as you do. In most cases, orders that are received Monday-Friday will be shipped out the very same day or the next day. In rare cases the order will take no more than 2-3 business days to process. All orders placed on the weekend will be promptly shipped the following Monday. (Processing time does not include pre-orders)
